 g: floating on a slow paced river in an inflated rubber tube.\nThe plan i
 s to meet at Intown Community Church at 10:30 AM and go tubing near He
 len GA for 1 to 1.5 hour. After that\, we spend time sightseeing and visit
 ing the picturesque Bavarian-style (German) alpine town of Helen\,GA\n\nT
 he Hike\n\nWe will start the hike around 5:00 pm. Sunset at Yonah will be 
 about 7:45 pm so that will give us time to make the hike to the top.\n\nPl
 ease note that if you do the sunset hike you will not be home until around
  11:00 pm\n\nYonah Mountain is located near Helen GA. There is approximate
 ly a 1400 ft elevation gain in around 2.5 miles from foot of the mountain.
  As we near the top\, we will veer off the main trail and hike along the s
 ide of the exposed rock face. We will spend some time on a rocky outcrop w
 ith an excellent view near the top of the mountain and then move around to
  another rocky outcrop on the west side to view the sunset. It does involv
 e some steep sections and rocky terrain\, and should prove to be moderate 
 difficulty. This is a D3-D4 level hike.\n\nPlease note we will be coming d
 own in the dark. You should bring a flashlight.\n\nPlease bring the follow
 ings:\n\n- Footwear that you don’t mind getting wet such as river shoes 
 or closed sandals ( flipflops or open-toed sandals are not recommended)\n
 – Towel\n- Sunglasses / Hat\n- Sunscreen\n– Extra pair of dry clothes 
 and footwear/socks\n\n– Snacks / Packed Lunch\n- Hiking Shoes / good Te
 nnis Shoes\n- Water (1.5 liters)\n- Flashlight\n– Cash for driver and tu
 be rental\n\nRecommended Items:\n– Short stick (about 3’ in length) or
  your hiking pole – useful for pushing off the bank tubing\n- Sports dri
 nk (like Gatorade or Powerade) – recommended not required
