 hiking trails in Unicoi State Park. The trails provide a great opportunity
  to enjoy the scenery of the north Georgia mountains\, with views and hiki
 ng experiences that change with each season. We will be hiking 2 different
  trails which will total about 4 miles in distance. The hikes are not diff
 icult as they are mostly near the lake area or downhill.\n\nWe will spend 
 some time enjoying the sights of the alpine town of Helen\, GA\n\nLAKE TRA
 IL\nIt is relatively flat and varies from a forest road to a narrower sing
 le track trail. There are many nice views of the lake\, the forest\, and t
 he mountains along its route.\n\nUNICOI/HELEN TRAIL\nThis trail winds thro
 ugh rhododendrons and mountain laurels. It\ncrosses Lower Smith Creek and 
 several small streams and intersects with\nthe Mountain Biking Trail befor
 e reaching Helen’s Unicoi Hill City Park.\n\nRequired Items\nJacket\nLay
