 ple have walked up the main walk-up trail to the top of Stone Mountain but
  not many have walked the trail through the woods\, around the lakes and a
 round the side of the mountain. This is where the Cherokee Trail will take
  you and it's a great opportunity to see parts of Stone Mountain park that
  you may not have seen before. The hike is about 6 miles long and will tak
 e about 3-4 hours to complete.\n\n Things to bring:\n- Good tennis shoes\,
  hiking shoes or boots\n- 1.0 litre of water\n- Snacks /lunch\n- Layered c
