 o hike around 5 to 6 miles. We will also stop in at the Abbey Church and i
 ts Visitors center.\n\nThe Abbey Church reflects a blend of modern and tra
 ditional elements. From the architectural style to the monk-made stained g
 lass adorning its walls\, the church showcases the Monastery’s vast hist
 ory and changing community.\n\nThe Visitor Center features interactive dis
 plays\, exhibits and videos about the monastic tradition\, as well as the 
 Trappist monks at the Monastery of the Holy Spirit. Take a glimpse into th
 e purpose\, inspiration and daily life of the monks by touring Visitor Cen
