 d not too strenuous but some uphill climb. John’s Mountain is located ne
 ar Villanow\, Georgia and is part of the Armuchee Ridges. The hike will in
 volve a climb of about 800 feet over a distance of about 2 miles. On the w
 ay up we’ll stop for a break at Keown Falls. The trail then moves on to 
 the top of John’s Mountain and where there is a great view and a large o
 bservation deck. We’ll stop for lunch and then do a loop hike of the rid
 ge which will put us back at KeownFalls where we can make our descent back
  to the trailhead.\n\nThings to bring:\n- 1-1.5 liters of water\n- Good hi
 king shoes or boots\n- Layered clothing\n- Hat and maybe gloves\n- Lunch o
 r snack.\n- Camera (optional)\n- Mask\n- $ 15 for carpool driver
