 nWhy is it a 6K instead of a 5K?\nSix kilometers\, or 3.7 miles\, is the a
 verage distance a person in the developing world has to walk to find water
 —water that is often not even safe to drink. We want to help you make th
 at fact personal by covering that same distance so that someone else no lo
 nger has to.\n\nWhere will my money go?\nThe money raised through World Vi
 sion's Global 6K for Water will help fund water projects in communities wh
 ere World Vision works.\n\nCan kids participate?\nYes! We want families an
 d children to participate in this event. Children of all ages can register
  as a participant to run or walk the 6K distance
