 Lastic (770-880-2966)\n\nThis hike is limited to 20 people.\n\nPlease note
  this is D3-D4 level hike due to distance and elevation changes. The hot s
 ummer temperature and humidity also makes it challenging. It is not suitab
 le for young children. It is also mountainous and prone to thunderstorms. 
 Last year we got caught in one that lasted 2 hours.\n\nThree Forks is the 
 confluence of Holcomb Creek\, Overflow Creek and Big Creek to form the Wes
 t Fork of the Chattooga River. The three creeks and the West Fork are part
  of the Chattooga Wild and Scenic River\, the only area in Georgia with th
 is designation. The trail to Three Forks is through dense forests and alth
 ough it is steep the last half mile of three-plus miles on an old logging 
 road\, it is well used and easy to walk. The area is remote\, beautiful\, 
 very impressive and well worth the trip.\n\nThe trail first will take us t
 o the Three Forks cascades where we will have lunch. On our return we will
  take a 2 mile detours to the 15 foot rugged Overflow Falls\, with a huge
  swimming hole beneath.\n\nRequired Items to Bring:\n-daypack\n-hiking bo
 ots/river shoes or strong tennis shoes. No flip flops or sandals.\n-lunch\
 n-high fuel trail snacks\n-plenty of water or sport drink 1.5-2.0 liters\n
 -camera (optional)\n-bathing suit (if you want to get wet in the pools and
  rivers)\, towel
