 de Lastic (770-880-2966)\n\nA hike to the falls in 3.6 miles and return to
  the day-use area for 7.2-mile day hike. You follow a beautiful tumbling\,
  cascading stream through a steep-sided valley with rocky cliffs to the dr
 amatic and impressive Panther Creek Falls. The trail leads down to the poo
 l for a grand view of the falling water and the large pool catching it. Th
 e trail continues through some especially grand hardwood stands. The USDA 
 Forest Service has designated parts of this area as a Protected Botanical 
 Area.\n\nFor those brave enough you can take a swim in the pool at the wat
 erfall and climb onto the rocks under the falls. Highly recommended to coo
 l off on the hike.\n\nThings to bring:\n- Snacks\n- Water (2 liters)\n- Hi
 king Shoes (River Shoes)\n- Bathing Suit\, Towel (if you want to get wet)\
