Hike at Lake Zwerner, Dahlonega
Lake Zwerner Trail is a looping trail around the Yahoola Creek Reservoir at the outskirts of Dahlonega GA. Beautiful lake & amazing mountain views. The trail twists & turns around the lake & through the woods.
River Tubing at Chestatee River
River tubing: floating on a slow paced river in an inflated rubber tube. Chestatee River near Dahlonega GA for 1 to 1.5 hour. The additional cost for this activity is $ 11 dollars per person
If we have time, we will visit the town of Dahlonega
Things to bring:
– Lunch or snacks
– Water (1.5 liters)
– Hiking Shoes / sneakers
– Hat / Sunglasses
– Camera (optional)
– Footwear that you don’t mind getting wet such as river shoes or closed sandals ( flipflops or open-toed sandals are not recommended)
– Small Towel
– Extra pair of dry clothes and footwear/socks
