 idge Escarpment.  It crosses rivers\, lakes and the highest point in Sout
 h Carolina.\n\nWe will be section hiking this beautiful trail over the nex
 t couple of years doing maybe one or two sections each month.  The first 
 section that we will be hiking is from Oconee State Park to Nicholson Road
 .\n\n\n\nCome join us on this historic trail which gives some of the best 
 scenic views in South Carolina. The Spring weather is approaching fast so 
 this is a great time of year to hike.\n\nThings to bring:\n- Lunch or snac
