 ffering rugged geology and beautiful vistas. The park straddles a deep gor
 ge cut into the mountain by Sitton Gulch Creek. The most spectacular view 
 into the canyon is found near the picnic area parking lot\; however\, addi
 tional views can be found along the rim trail. Outdoor lovers should not m
 iss this park's spectacular scenery.\n\nWe will be hiking the Rim trail ar
 ound the gorge.\n\nRequired Items to Bring:\n-daypack\n-hiking boots/shoes
  or good tennis shoes.\n-layered clothing\n-lunch\n-Trail snacks / bars\n-
