 ike and is good for beginners.\n\nWe will hike the White Trail Loop and fi
 nish up on the Red Trail. We will stop by the banks of the river to have l
 unch.\n\nAfter the hike\, we will spend some time exploring the exhibits a
 t the visitor's center before heading back to Intown Church.\n\nAn award-w
 inning Visitor Center—one of the most environmentally responsible build
 ings in the country—features exhibits on the area’s history\, wildlife
