We have been organizing hikes since 2008 on a regular basis. Our hikes are on Saturdays and generally last all day leaving between 7:30-9:00 am and arriving back at 5:00-7:00 pm. Most of the hikes are in the 5-8 mile range and can be completed by anyone in reasonably fit condition. We don’t hike fast, as it’s not a race but a chance to escape the rat race.
We have a lot of Internationals on our hikes so you’ll get to meet people from diverse cultures. If you don’t drive there is usually a suggested sharing cost for car expenses which will vary from $5-$20. Children under 13 are not usually permitted on hikes but special requests will be considered at the discretion of the hike leader. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
